Functional Flexibility / Contortion 1 (drop-in, Adult Program)

New for Spring 2019 - this class is now available as a drop-in class.

No experience necessary!
No prerequisites; every student 16+ who wants to improve their functional mobility for aerials, acrobatics, athletic performance, and/or every day wellness is welcome. Every class includes a warm-up with brief cardio, core and shoulder stability work, followed by functional mobility exercises including active, dynamic, resistance, static, and partner stretching (alternatives to partner stretching are always available). Each student is encouraged to set goals at the beginning of the session and work toward them, and tips for safer mobility work on your own are provided.
